port 6667 and join room #speb
This pages accesses a floating javascript interface.
Be warned that due to the chat server's updates, over which
we have no control, loading might take some time. The chat is also unstable
with certain browsers.

Some basic chatting commands:
Simply type them in your text area and press Enter.
The slash is the symbol for a command.
/watch will open another window to allow you to participate in
a different chat. For instance, /watch #dmeb2 will get you
back to the DMEB chat room.
/nick followed by a new name (ex: /nick newbie)
allows you to change your nickname without have to exit and re-enter the room.
/action and /me are used to describe actions by a user,
and that user is YOU, albeit in the third person. (Example: /action wants
a cookie!, which will appears as *JediTwit wants a cookie!
) Now, there is, in effect, no difference between /action and
/me, except that /action will always make the action
show up in the main window, and that /me is suitable for whispering.
/msg followed by a user nickname and your whispered message
is the command for whispering in the main window. (Example: /msg JediTwit stop
talking about Yoda!) However, you can also whisper in a separate, floating window
by double-clicking on a username in the list on your right.
/float will make the chat interface float in
a new window (to return to the main page, close this floating window)
/exit or /quit are what you type to exit the room.
Leaving this page should also do the trick, in a pinch. ;-)
/ignore is useful if you can't stand someone's talk. (Example:
/ignore JediTwit)
