Darth Maul, featured in the upcoming Episode 1: The Phantom Menace, is a super-cool-looking Dark Jedi who vows revenge upon Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi and vows to destroy them.
He has tatooed red and black skin and nine, count 'em, nine horns on his head. He comes from the planet Iridonia, and was discovered by Darth Sidious at age 12. Darth Maul is of the Zabrak race, his original name was Khameir Sarin, though he became Darth Maul when he was dubbed a Sith Lord. Maul wields a double-bladed red lightsaber and has vowed "revenge" and death for the Jedis Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan.
